If available, we also provide both aerial and birds eye
pictures of the subject property, and county property appraisal information
documenting the land size, building size, prior sales price and dates. We
also provide detailed lease information to our lease tenant clients. Our
data base has the most recent up to date sales and lease information for the
entire state of Florida.
